Wasim district ranked at 18th in recently declared list of Aspiration districts by NITI Aayog, the ranking is based on five major components, wherein Education is the one of the major components which carries 30% weightage. According to data NITI Aayog, published in 2018. it is quite evident that performance of student in Mathematics and Language is comparatively poor, which is 56.61% and 62.86% respectively. Though the government has established digital centers in schools, the data given by NITI Aayog has demonstrated a need of concentrated efforts. Hence, establishing Parivartan Kaksha’s with special focus on improving mathematics and language skills is inevitable. The Parivarta n Kaksha consist of digital interactive boards, language and mathematics related specific audio video visuals software’ particularly designed for improving cognitive abilities of these students. Apart from this, equipment’s like counting boards, matching numbers, tables, practical kits etc. will be a part. However, teachers will be trained in innovative and simple techniques of pedagogy.

It recorded for year 2018-19 only 9055 acres of land is cultivated during Kharip season which has earned an average income Rs 48, 275/-per acre with Soyabean, Toor, Green Gram andBlack Gram. As far as irrigation is concerned, only 12.45% of land is under secured irrigation, rest is dependent on the rainfall. We have observed that only 9055 acres of land being cultivated in Kharip season with an average income Rs 48, 275/-.per acre in Soyabean, Toor, Moong and Udid crops. Conversely, only 2,520 acres of land is cultivated in Rabbi season with an average income Rs. 27,783/- per acre with wheat and gram crops. The steep downfall in cultivation area is affected due to drought like situation, which resulted into lack of employment opportunities in the project villages, and will affect total production hence income of households.
The drought further exacerbated situation due to lack of fodder availability hence farmers have been forced to either sell their animal or downsize no. of cattle’s. It is recorded that in project villages there are total 3999 cattle.
